A leading European insurance business is seeking a

Head of Compliance (Europe)

to join its Dublin office. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the compliance function across Ireland and Europe, with direct engagement with the regulator, senior governance committees, and the wider group. Key aspects of the role include: Leading the compliance function for the European subsidiary.Managing regulatory engagement and submissions with the Central Bank of Ireland. Reporting on compliance, regulatory developments, and risk to senior stakeholders. Supporting regulatory change initiatives across Ireland and the EEA. Working closely with Risk and contributing to group-wide compliance activity.The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Irish and European regulatory environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid background in insurance compliance. Experience in a PCF role and/or Solvency II non-life insurance would be highly desirable.
