Location: Cork City Contract Length: 5 months initially, with possible extension Hours: 35 hours per week Salary:€60,000 + DOE System: Workday (essential) About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation supporting high-volume recruitment activity across multiple hospital sites. This role will involve full ownership of end-to-end recruitment campaigns. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and have strong experience managing recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding. Key Responsibilities Manage full end-to-end recruitment campaigns for internal andexternal vacancies Support high-volume recruitment activity across hospital sites Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with policy, legislation, and best practice Coordinate shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, onboarding, and contract administration Manage Garda vetting and pre-employment compliance processes Use Workday to manage recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records Provide recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Support workforce planning activities and recruitment forecasting Build strong relationships with agencies, academic institutions, and external partners Contribute to employer branding and recruitment attraction initiatives Support onboarding and induction processes in collaboration with HR teams Analyse recruitment metrics and identify process improvement opportunities Requirements Minimum 1.5-2 years' recruitment experience in an end-to-end Talent Acquisition role Strong experience managing compliance-heavy recruitment processes Experience using Workday is essential Healthcare recruitment experience preferred, though candidates fromother industries will be considered Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment Strong administrative and organisational capabilityTPBN1_IJ
