Broker - Insurance Agent - Personal Lines Agent Location: Dublin (also available in Limerick, Bandon, Kildare, Sligo, Donegal, Waterford, Wexford, Tipperary, Tullamore, Galway)

Roles&Responsibilities
Sales‑Focused: Generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
Customer Service&Retention: Provide excellent customer service, manage sales, and retain clients within personal lines insurance.
Administration: Perform office tasks, maintain communication and organisation, and handle administrative duties efficiently.
Process amendments and cross‑sell/up‑sell across all product lines.
Support existing customers in renewing policies and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
APA qualification in Insurance (not Finance).
Experience in insurance renewals or personal lines insurance.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment after training.
