The Document Controller provides structured administrative,coordinationand document-control support across the Construction Procurement function. The role enables procurement category managers to focus on strategic,technicaland commercial decision-making by ensuring that procurement processes, records and communications are efficiently managed and compliant.Qualifications
Administer end-to-end tender processes from an administrative perspective, including preparation andissuing ofprocurement documentation viaeTendersor equivalent platforms. Maintainschedules, trackers and tender timelines,monitoringkey actions and deadlines. Manage dept documentation, ensuring version control, filingstructuresand naming conventions are applied consistently.Maintainaccurate,completeand auditable procurement records in line with governance and regulatory requirements. Act as first point of contact for supplier communications and manage shared procurement inboxes. Coordinate communications between procurement teams, evaluationpanelsand external suppliers.Schedule and support evaluation panels, moderationmeetingsand internal governance reviews. Support preparation of reports,dashboardsand management information. Provide general administrative support to the Construction Procurement team asrequired. Experience&Skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative,coordinationor support role. Experience supporting procurement, construction,engineeringor project delivery teams is desirable. Familiarity with public-sector or regulated procurement environments (e.g.eTenders) is an advantage. Strongorganisationaland time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Additional Information
