Senior Programme Manager, GTM Readiness, AI Security
We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager, GTM Readiness to join our growing AI Security team. This commercially focused role will build the readiness infrastructure that drives the rapid ramp of new GTM hires and enables them to connect product capabilities to customer commercial outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to design and own a commercial readiness programme from the ground up in an emerging category.Responsibilities
Accelerate onboarding and ramp: build a structured onboarding curriculum that increases time‑to‑productivity for GTM hires; define ramp milestones (pipeline contribution, first closed deal, solo POC conversation) to anchor the programme, create feedback loops, and demonstrate ROI. Develop GTM team’s multi‑discipline fluency: equip hires with working fluency across AI, cybersecurity, FinServ, and the AI Security selling motion; ensure market‑context fluency (regulatory, competitive) to speak to buyer needs.Codify AI Security sales motion: build an explicit playbook around an outbound‑driven, nascent sales motion, including ICP definition, discovery frameworks, competitive and objection fluency. Drive interlock with the broader team: ensure GTM team has positioning, language, and handoff protocols to capitalise on emergent use cases across the F5 ecosystem; interlock with central Enablement to equip broader sellers for commercial conversations around AI Security.Bridge gaps between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless signal flow and shared accountability for ramp and commercial outcomes. Qualifications
Experience in a revenue or GTM operations role with direct exposure to pipeline data, funnel analytics, and cross‑functional commercial alignment. Demonstrated ability to architect frameworks and translate data into actionable decisions for GTM leadership and C‑suite audiences. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; problem‑solving ability; autonomy and judgment in fast‑paced, dynamicenvironments.Experience designing or owning a structured commercial programme. Proven ability to bridge gaps across Sales, Marketing, and Product functions. Genuine curiosity about AI and cybersecurity; ability to develop deep expertise in non‑trivial subject matter. Preferred skills
Familiarity with FinServ risk, compliance, and vendor governance frameworks. Experience with KPI governance and GTM health metric frameworks (conversion rates, ramp velocity, funnel friction identification).
