UCD Global Ltd., a commercial subsidiary of University College Dublin, is looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join the team at the prestigious UCD University Club, Belfield . This is a rare dual-focus role for someone who genuinely loves both the energy of live events and the discipline of data-driven reporting.Role Description You'll take ownership of club meeting room events from first enquiry to post-event follow-up - conducting client showarounds, coordinating logistics, delivering on the day, and nurturing the relationships that bring clients back. At the same time, you'll be at the heart of a significant reporting function:coordinatingthe data entry from the team and building the KPI dashboards and toolsthat support senior management and board-level reporting across the wider UCD Global Ltd. business.This is a role for someone who thrives on variety - equally comfortable greeting guests at a client event as they areidentifying process improvements and deep in Excel producing a revenue variance analysis.If you're passionate about creating exceptional event experiences andarchitecting the reporting infrastructurethat drives smarter business decisions, this role was made for you.Based on a rotating roster across a 7-day week with hybrid flexibility for admin and reporting work, you'll be joining a collaborative team where your contribution will have lasting institutional impact - with a strong pathway toward permanence for the right person. Job Responsibilites Lead end-to-end co-ordination of University Club meetings, member events and client functions from enquiry to post-event follow-up.Act as the primary client contact for bookings, logistics, venue showarounds and on-site event delivery. Produce monthly management performance packs including revenue, occupancy, KPI, pipeline and expenditure reporting. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting systems, SOPs and operational processes to improve efficiency and data quality.Support board reporting, governance documentation and executive-level reporting preparation. Manage booking and CRM system integrity, client records, invoicing, debtor tracking and operational administration. Ideal candidate combines strong hospitality/events experience with analytical, reporting and Excel skills in a fast-paced environment.Education&experience required A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Commerce, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal qualification will be considered. Hospitality experience in a professional venue, hotel, club or members’ setting, with strong interpersonal presence and confidence in a client-facing environment.Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of meetings and events end-to-end - from pre-event planning through to on-the-day delivery and post-event follow-up. Experience managing client enquiries, including triaging, documentation and handover in a busy operational environment. Flexibility to work a rotating roster across a 7-day week, including weekends, in line with the rhythm of a busy venue operation.
