The Person

The Role

Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner Provide administration support and complete monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager Maintain the market segment database Conduct market research/telesales campaigns Meet KPIs and targets Ensure adequate supply of stationery and brochures are in stock
