We're Hiring: Maintenance Manager -€80,000 + 10% Bonus + Pension | Medical Device | Ireland We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at a leading medical device client site in Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environmentand wants to make a real impact on operational reliability.About the Role You'll take full ownership of maintenance operations— leading a team of technicians, driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensuring equipment uptime across a critical medical device facility. ✅ What You'll Be Doing • Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians• Developing and managing a comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategy • Ensuring compliance with EHS, OSHA, and relevant medical device regulations • Managing spare parts inventory, supplier relationships, and maintenance budgets • Driving continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure analysis• Reporting on equipment performance and maintenance KPIs to senior management What We're Looking For • 5+ years of maintenance management experience in an industrial or medical device/manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems• Proven track record managing and developing a maintenance team • Experience with CMMS software (e.g. SAP PM, Maximo, or similar) • Familiar with relevant regulatory standards in the medical device industry • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)• CMRP or similar maintenance management certification is a plus What's On Offer • 10% annual bonus • A long-term, stable role with a growing facilities management company
