The successful candidate will support the supervision of the design process, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and contributing to the successful delivery of major metro / rail and infrastructure projects.Location Dublin-based or within a commutable distance to Dublin Hybrid working model Experience Required

1–5 years’ experience in design supervision and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Proven track record supervising the design process on metro rail projects or projects of similar scale and complexity Key Requirements

Experience working with Irish Government Regulations governing construction health and safety, including the

Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 Demonstrated experience driving best practice across technical activities, processes, policies, and standards Strong understanding of the design and delivery requirements for technically complex projects within the architectural, engineering, or construction sectorsProven experience developing health, safety, and welfare strategies Previous experience working within safety-critical and regulated environments such as metro or rail Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, influencing process improvement, and supporting project delivery and reportingKnowledge of quality management and process improvement systems within the construction sector is desirable Skills&Competencies

Strong influencing and team motivation skills Ability to coordinate and manage multiple reporting inputs and performance data Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment Ability to drive outcomes and maintain high-quality service deliveryQualifications
