Handle policy renewals, mid-term alterations, and claims across all Personal Lines products (e.g. motor, home insurance). Cross-sell and up-sell insurance solutions to meet customer needs. Meet individual and team targets for sales, retention, and compliance. Customer Relationship Management:

Manage a personal portfolio of clients, ensuring queries and requests are handled professionally and efficiently. Deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction. Respond promptly to internal and external communications Team Collaboration:
