Night Shift Supervisor

to help shape the Staycity guest journey.

This role is will include duties across Reception and Food&Beverage. We would love you to have: Previous experience working in a similar style property is helpful but not a“must have” as full training will be provided. Some Hotel experience is essential.

Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a“must have” as full training will be provided

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.

Keep the team and up to date about guest feedback reports; taking appropriate actions for improvement.

Anticipate and address any issues that may arise during the night to safeguard the well-being and satisfaction of our guests throughout their stay.

You will be responsible for verifying payments upon guest check-in at night, following established procedures for various payment methods.
