Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the preparation of board agendas, the compilation of board 'packs', and distribution, including uploading onto the electronic portal utilized by Boards and Committees, and archiving selected materials after meetings

Prepare template documentation

Update and maintain registers and review statutory books and records, manage files and documentation, photocopying

Liaise with clients and service providers

Coordinate committee and board meetings

Provide support to internal fund Directors as required

Deal with internal queries and requests

Become familiar with key regulations and compliance requirements for the company and its business activities

Arrange notarisation and legalisation of documents as required

Assist in audit requests

Develop strong relationships with clients

Support senior team members with client work, with view of taking ownership and responsibility for own portfolio in the future

Qualifications
