Employee Benefits Package including paid time off, inclusive wellbeing programme, top performer trips and regular social events.Your Role As an Alarm Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for: Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting alarm and security systems for residential and commercial clients. Providing excellent customer service by ensuring each system is installed to the highest standard. Ensuring targets/KPIs are hit in respect of your role.Educating clients on system usage and safety features. Managing your schedule effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines. What You Bring Experience in alarm system installation or a related technical field. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Sales experience/the ability to sell is essential for this roleGreat communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for security technology and helping others feel safe. Why Join Us?
