If this resonates with you, come join us at the Home of Guinness.### **About the function**The Visitor Experience team at the Guinness Storehouseis responsible for delivering world-class visitor experiences in one of Ireland’s leading tourist attractions, bringing the Guinness brand story to life for millions of guests each year.### **About the role**As a Guinness Storehouse Assistant, you will act as a Guinness ambassador, delivering exceptional, engaging, and memorable experiences for visitors. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service while supporting the delivery of premium brand experiences.### **Role responsibilities*** Deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued* Guide visitors through tasting, pouring, and interactive brand experiences* Host engaging orientations and presentations with confidence* Uphold operational excellence, including health, safety, and service standards* Represent the Guinness brand with pride and integrity* Support a clean, safe, and inclusive environment for all visitors### **Experience / skills required**We’d love to work with you if you have:* Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles* Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to groups* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences* A positive, energetic, and team-focused approach* Flexibility to work across a variety of roles and schedules* Additional languages are desirable but not essential### **Flexible Working Statement**Flexibility is key to our success.
