Office Manager
to oversee administrative functions across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations, supporting administrative teams, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering a professional experience for staff, clients, and visitors. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a busy healthcare environment.Job description: Key Responsibilities Office Administration Oversee daily administrative operations across multiple sites
Maintain consistent office procedures, systems, and workflows
Act as a key point of communication between offices and management
Monitor office processes and identify improvements
Team Management Support and supervise reception and administrative staff
Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews
Ensure adequate staffing and rota coverage
Promote a professional and positive team environment
Fleet&Documentation Management Coordinate company vehicle administration, servicing, insurance, and compliance records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client care documentation
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GDPR and healthcare standards
Reception&Customer Service Oversee reception operations across all locations
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism
Support training and development of reception procedures
Administrative Support&Compliance Manage filing systems, scheduling support, and internal communications
Support onboarding administration for new staff
Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements
Monitor office expenses and support cost control initiatives
Health&Safety Ensure compliance with Health&Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Control, and HACCP policies
Promote safe working practices across all sites
Attend mandatory training and emergency drills
Skills&Experience Essential Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience supervising office or reception teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Desirable Experience in healthcare or homecare services
Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements
Experience coordinating fleet administration
