Your New Role As an Electrical Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across multiple projects, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.Depending on your level of experience, you will take ownership of elements of design and project delivery, while supporting (or leading) coordination with wider design teams. Your responsibilities will include: Designing electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, emergency systems and life safety systemsProducing calculations, technical reports, specifications and drawings Supporting project delivery from concept design through to construction and handover Coordinating with mechanical engineers, architects and other project stakeholders Attending design team and client meetings Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and sustainability targetsSupporting site inspections, commissioning and project close-out Utilising industry-standard software such as Amtech, Dialux/Relux, AutoCAD and Revit What You'll Need Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering Experience in a consultancy or contractor environment (level flexible depending on candidate)Understanding of electrical building services design principles Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards Experience with design software (Amtech, Dialux/Relux, Revit, AutoCAD) beneficial Strong communication and teamwork skillsWorking towards or holding Chartered Engineer status (desirable, depending on level) What You'll Get in Return Opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality projects Clear progression opportunities tailored to your level of experience Exposure to innovative and sustainable design practicesSupport with ongoing professional development and chartership Competitive salary and benefits package Collaborative and supportive working environment
