About Your New Employer A busy Retailer in Bandon is looking for you as their new retail assistant. You will work as part of a team to provide first-class customer service and assist retail sales staff where required. About your new job Greet customers and assist them with any queries. Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability. Assist customers in their selection of products and escalate any technical queries to the relevant expert. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in their areas of responsibility. Ensure stock levels are well maintained and products are well presented. Escalate any complaints or customer issues in a timely manner for resolution. Keep up to date with any special offers and the features and benefits of each product. Work as part of a team and assist other retail staff as required. Keep up to date with market trends.
