Quantity Surveyor Cork Our client is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Cork, supporting the delivery of high-quality projects across a strong pipeline of work. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to step into a role with real responsibility, working closely with senior leadership and gaining exposure across all stages of project delivery. The Role Full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting Procurement of subcontractors and supplier packages Contract administration and change management Management of valuations, variations, and final accounts Close collaboration with project teams, clients, and stakeholders What they Are Looking For 38+ years experience in Quantity Surveying Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge Experience working with contractors or consultancies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Why our Client Strong pipeline of work in Cork and wider Munster region Opportunity to grow with a progressive and ambitious business Broad project exposure and hands-on role Supportive, collaborative team environmentTPBN1_IJ
