Residential Service Manager / Person in Charge (PIC), Cork

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social care leader to take on a Person in Charge (PIC) role within a residential disability service in Co. Cork. This position offers the chance to lead a well-established service, manage a committed team, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The Role As Residential Service Manager (PIC), you will have overall responsibility for the governance, operational management, and delivery of residential services across two designated centres. You will lead and support your team to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance, while creating an environment where individuals are supported to live with dignity, independence, and full community inclusion.
