Provide passengers with information regarding services and destinations.

Carry out walkaround checks.

Accurately complete logs and reports to a high standard for any bus defects.

Capability to compile detailed written reports on bus‑related incidents and accidents.

Proficiency in using onboard technology for communication, monitoring, and record‑keeping.

Versatility

Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weeks and nights.

Ability to adapt to changing routes, schedules and passenger’s requirements.

Cash Handling

Handle fare collection, issue tickets, and validate all passenger tickets.

Ensure accurate passenger accounting by verifying fare payment or the validity of tickets and travel passes.

Balance daily cash sales and submit payments at the end of each shift.
