Bainisteoir Altra Clinicila 2 - Ortaipéideach Amharclannaocht - Permanent Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Overall Purpose of Post As a member of the nurse management team the post-holder holds a pivotal role in the co-ordination and management of activity and resources within the clinical area in the Theatre Suite. The main responsibilities are: resource management, management of patient care, staffing and staff development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership. The CNMII will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the centre of all we do. The CNMII will be responsible for monitoring activity, for developing and delivering an agreed level of service. The CNM II may deputise for the ADON.
