The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Sous Chef in Co. Cork.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented culinary professional to join a well-established hospitality operation known for its high food standards, strong kitchen culture, and exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen while ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence throughout service.
The Duties
Support the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.
Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality dishes in line with company standards.
Supervise and support kitchen staff during service periods.
Assist with menu planning, food development, and daily specials.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control standards.
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain all food safety procedures.
Assist with staff training, mentoring, and development.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
Support cost control and minimise food waste where possible.
The Must Requirements to Be Considered
Must have experience in Hospitality.
Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
Previous experience working within a busy professional kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
Ability to lead and motivate kitchen teams during busy service periods.
Passion for food quality, creativity, and operational excellence.
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Salary:€45,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience.
