Maghreb Speaking Quality Expert Reviewer– Content Moderation Location: Dublin City Centre (Onsite)
Salary:€42,667 | Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a content moderator pro who knows social media policy inside and out, living in Dublin and fancy working in the buzz of the City Centre then read on! You’ve seen it all: The high risk, sensitive, complex content and you dealt with it with confidence, accuracy and sound judgement, you are motivated by keeping people safe online and raising the standards of quality, this is just the job for you!
What You’ll Do – Day To Day
Conduct detailed quality reviews of moderation decisions across multiple workflows
Audit cases involving sensitive content such as hate speech, violent threats, self-harm, sexual content, fraud, impersonation, exploitation, and dangerous organisations
Review escalated or high-risk cases and assess whether policy has been applied accurately and consistently
Provide structured, actionable feedback to moderators to improve accuracy and policy alignment
Identify error trends, policy gaps, and training opportunities
Support calibration sessions to ensure consistency across teams
Apply cultural and regional knowledge of the Maghreb market when making nuanced decisions
Work closely with operations and policy teams to maintain high quality standards
Meet daily productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment
This is a critical thinking role, you won’t just review content, you’ll evaluate judgement calls and ensure policy is applied with precision and fairness.
Role details (The important stuff!)
40 hours per week (Mon–Sun, 08:00–19:00)
4 weeks onsite training (no leave permitted in first 8 weeks)
Fully office-based in Dublin City Centre
Background checks required
What We’re Looking For
Proven Content Moderation experience (mandatory)
Fluent in Maghreb + strong C1 English language score
Strong policy interpretation and decision‑making skills
High attention to detail and analytical thinking
Emotional resilience when reviewing sensitive content
Ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback

This is a full‑time permanent role. Applicants must hold a valid and sufficiently long permission to work in Ireland to enable them to perform the role on an ongoing basis.
