General Information Position: Trust and Safety Agent Location: Fully onsite: Dublin 2 or Dublin 4 (Accenture offices) Contract: Full‑time role – 40 hours per week Work Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts (morning, evening and night); including weekends and bank holidays
Shift Details
6:30 am – 3:00 pm / 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (shifts are fixed)
Night shift may be required: 11:30 pm – 7:00 am
Sponsorship is not available; a valid full‑time work permit is mandatory.
Interviews commence 29 December.
Night‑shift workers must complete a health assessment before continued employment.
Responsibilities
Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
Advocate for the user community.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Engage in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for role development.
Engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping communities safe.
Perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases, in the best interest of client policies.
Apply strong attention to detail, critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
Qualifications
English language proficiency (required for interview and role execution).
Strong coping, emotional resilience and stress‑management skills.
Excellent comprehension, communication, and writing skills.
Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple streams.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
Comfortable reviewing sensitive content including graphic pornography, violence, drug use, child abuse, etc.
Exposed to potentially disturbing content and photos of stroboscopic effect images.
