Phone‑based role: managing inbound and outbound leads to conversion Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets by channel Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers Dealing with potential cancellations and overcoming objections Communicating feedback to the Sales and Marketing managerCoordinating your efforts as part of a team and building an atmosphere of calibration Qualifications

Proven track record in generating and closing sales in a call‑centre environment Experience in a busy sales role with challenging targets The ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative to meet targets Excellent communication skills with a superb telephone manner Previous experience in selling consumer products is an advantagePrevious experience in retaining customers is an advantage Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy&attention to detail Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise High resilience Salary potential €49,000 a year (OTE) - €28,000 year + Commissions&Bonus Benefits
