Role We’re hiring an International Recruiter for Operations teams (Customer Experience, Trust&Safety, Fraud).

Team members must live within commuting distance of our Dublin hub. Offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs.

Lead hiring for critical high‑volume roles with hiring managers and business leaders, shaping strategies and aligning recruiting priorities.

Source strong talent beyond LinkedIn, experimenting with creative channels.

Manage full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing.

Handle 10‑15 open roles simultaneously, prioritizing pipelines.

Develop job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics with hiring managers.

Iterate candidate feedback to smooth the process.

Mentor peers, share best practices, and raise recruiting excellence across the organization.

Build scalable recruiting workflows that can scale with company growth.

Emphasize diversity, using proven traditional and creative methods for inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting hiring for Operations teams (Customer Experience, Trust&Safety, Fraud, or Business Operations) at high‑growth or fast‑paced companies.

Expertise in high‑volume hiring, balancing quantity and quality.

Full‑stack recruiting experience, managing candidates end‑to‑end.

Strong sourcing skills and a passion for building relationships with passive talent.

Ownership mindset, comfortable managing multiple roles and moving quickly.

Commitment to an outstanding candidate experience, prioritizing humanity and empathy.

Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Data‑focused, measuring pipeline health and setting hiring manager expectations.

Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices.

All Whatnauts are expected to develop a deep understanding of our product and use Whatnot as both a buyer and seller.
