Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in Ireland and the UK. Our Dublin Office is currently looking to recruit a Data Entry Administrator to work in a fast-paced office and customer facing environment.
The Auction Support Administrator will support our Dublin Branch by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems to ensure smooth operational workflow. The role requires strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information. This position also assists with general administrative tasks and supports the wider team with data related queries.
Responsibilities
Data Entry
Providing administrative support to the sales teams
Dealing with customers by phone, email and face to face providing excellent customer service
Cash handling
Processing auction entries and Admin Support for sales teams
Be involved in call campaigns, contacting customers to increase attendance for special sales programmes.
Rostrum Clerk duties where required.
Other general Auction Support administration
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm (one hour for lunch)
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
Excellent customer care skills.
Good level of IT literacy
Excellent interpersonal skills
Cash handling experience
Hard working and motivated
Ability to work to tight deadlines
