The job includes diagnosing a slow computer, setting up a new printer, updating software, and ensuring my Wi-Fi network is secure. I prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and avoid technical jargon. Experience with Windows and macOS is a plus, and I’d like help creating simple backups and organizing files.
