Production Operative ( Units Tester ) Location: Cork Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Sector: Manufacturing / Warehouse / Clean Technology Pay:€34,000.00-€37,000.00 per year About the Role LinkedSkills is partnering with a growing, innovative organisation in the clean technology sector to recruit a Production Operative for itsProductionCork-based operation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced production and warehouse environment with long-term progression potential. The successful candidate will support day-to-day production and warehouse activities, ensuring products are assembled, tested, labelled, stored, and dispatched in line with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Support all stages of the production process, including testing, basic debugging, data entry, and labelling of products (full training provided). Carry out general warehouse duties, including receiving, unpacking, packing, loading, and storing materials and finished products. Ensure materials and stock are correctly coordinated, segregated, and stored within the warehouse. Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records. Adhere strictly to Health&Safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards at all times. Participate in daily production and warehouse operations, including stock control and distribution activities. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and production operations. Demonstrate flexibility with working hours where operationally required. Candidate Profile Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar systems. Strong communication skills with a good level of spoken and written English. Solid understanding of workplace Health&Safety practices. Comfortable with manual handling, including moving pallets and stock using a hand truck. Well-organised, numerate, and able to plan and prioritise workload effectively. Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment (1224 months desirable but not essential). A forklift licence is advantageous (articulated forklift preferred but not mandatory).
