Hospitality Manager– The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) Full‑Time / Permanent, €45,000 + bonus and excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

We’re looking for a dedicated Hospitality Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations as part of the talented team at The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD), a renowned city centre events venue offering 22 multi‑functional rooms used for conferences, banquets, meetings, and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance the customer experience, increase revenues through upselling and maximise repeat business

Ensure service delivery is consistent and to the highest standard across all events

Assist with the development and review of operational SOPs and ensure these are adhered to at all times

Work with HR/People Operations to recruit, train and develop a team of hospitality professionals

Plan rosters in advance of events according to agreed staff ratios and wage budgets

Contribute to the delivery of the organisation's sustainability objectives

You will be responsible for a fixed team of hospitality staff and a number of casual staff depending on the event.

Qualifications

Proven experience in large volume hospitality management

Proven client relationship management

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to lead, motivate and develop a dynamic hospitality team

Experience working within financial budgets and targets

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A third level qualification in Hospitality Management is desirable
