Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team. The role would join a stable, established international team, but be focused on the Irish market, and offers independence, and opportunities to work closely with senior management to achieve objectives

Duties

Lead the implementation of the business development and marketing elements of the overall business plan.

Partner with colleagues at the coal face to ensure content and theme are aligned properly and of a high standard.

Draft press releases

Guide the social media output of the marketing department

Monitor industry trends to ensure the competitive position of the organisation.

Keep track of CRM matters.

Continue with the improvement of the companies’ marketing materials, including website content, press releases, pitch templates etc.

Experience

Relevant BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.

3-5 years previous experience working in a similar position, with at least 1-2 at manager level.

Previous experience delegating to direct reports.

Good attention to detail, with strong ability to manage competing priorities.
