The Opportunity We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our Shared Services team.
In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting a range of administrative tasks through telephone, email, and live chat channels.

Handle customer enquiries via telephone in a professional and efficient manner
Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution
About the Role
Telephone answering and customer support
Assisting customers with enquiries and service-related queries
Performing daily administrative duties
Supporting a fast-paced and dynamic customer service environment
Working Hours
37.5 to 40 hours per week
Flexible shifts to support our 24/7 operations
Occasional bank holiday availability may be required

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
