Retail Sales Manager - Bathroom&Sanitary Ware Sector Greater Dublin Area Teamworx are recruiting an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join a well-established, award-winning Irish bathroom brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to develop and grow strategic partnerships across the retail channel in the Greater Dublin Area.

The Role

Develop and manage relationships with retail showrooms, builders providers and plumbers merchants across your region

Grow market share through proactive business development and account management

Identify and convert high-potential opportunities within the marketplace

Represent the company at trade events and industry exhibitions

Work closely with internal teams to optimise forecasting and commercial execution

Proven sales track record with a strong customer-focused approach

Commercially sharp with excellent communication and presentation skills

Package

Very competitive salary plus attractive commission structure 55K + bonus up to 12k
