The Role

Leading the project from preconstruction through to completion

Managing site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery

Overseeing programme, quality, budgets, and health&safety

Driving projects to completion safely, ontime, and to the highest standard

Maintaining strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the build

Requirements

Previous experience as a Project Manager on residential developments

Background with a main contractor or developer
