About the Role We’re looking for a
strategic, commercially driven DV360 Programmatic Account Manager
to own and grow a portfolio of high‑value enterprise clients across the UK&Ireland. This is not an activation role— it’s a
consultative sales position
where you will influence senior stakeholders, defend budgets, and drive adoption of DV360 and programmatic solutions.

What You’ll Do
Own and grow a LARGE quarterly book of business
across 5–10 enterprise clients
Lead
strategic programmatic conversations
with senior agency stakeholders (Investment Leads, AV Directors, VPs)
Influence clients to adopt DV360 solutions across CTV, YouTube, Display, and cross‑channel
Run
deep‑dive discovery workshops
to uncover opportunities and shape investment roadmaps
Defend and grow Google’s share of wallet against competitors like
The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Yahoo DSP
Build and deliver
data‑led pitches
that challenge client assumptions and unlock new budgets
Partner cross‑functionally with measurement, creative, product, and sales teams to deliver integrated solutions
Identify upsell opportunities, drive feature adoption, and secure incremental investment
Provide strategic guidance on audience strategy, brand safety, frequency management, and measurement frameworks
Deliver quarterly business reviews and long‑term programmatic growth plans
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in
programmatic sales, account management, or platform strategy
Strong hands‑on understanding of
DV360
Proven ability to
influence senior stakeholders
and lead strategic conversations
Experience
challenging clients
and shifting budgets into new channels or platforms
Demonstrated success in
upselling, cross‑selling, or defending budgets
Ability to translate complex programmatic concepts into clear business outcomes
Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship‑building skills
Experience working with
AV teams, planners, and investment leads
Comfortable managing a large book of business and prioritising high‑value accounts
Knowledge of competitive DSPs (TTD, Amazon, Yahoo) and how to position against them
