Graduate SRE (Java) required for our Cork based client. The ideal Graduate SRE (Java, Python) will have graduated from Computer Science or IT related degree and be able to showcase some Java and Python coding projects (college or personal). Support operational applications, systems, and software environments across both vendor and internally hosted infrastructure Manage issue queues, prioritise critical incidents, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders Monitor system alerts and respond quickly to service failures or escalationsDocument processes, standards, and best practices to improve support operations Collaborate with internal teams using tools such as Jira, Slack, and other operational platforms Work alongside product and engineering teams to contribute operational insights during development Help develop tools and documentation to diagnose and resolve system issuesParticipate in 24/7 on-call rotations when required Requirements
