Solicitor– Investment Funds, Dublin Pike

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Associate to join its highly regarded Asset Management&Investment Funds team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

Advising on the structuring and establishment of Irish‑domiciled investment funds

Providing ongoing legal and regulatory advice across a range of fund structures, including UCITS, AIFs, and related management companies

Drafting and reviewing fund documentation and negotiating agreements with service providers

Managing matters independently while collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Contributing to legal and regulatory developments, client briefings, and industry publications

Candidate Profile

Qualified Solicitor in Ireland (or eligible), with 3–5 years’ PQE

Experience in asset management and/or investment funds (law firm or in‑house)
