As the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Programme/Project Manager (Senior Manager) you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful CRM programmes, managing the full project lifecycle from initial scoping through to post-go-live support. You will nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to align CRM initiatives with business and operational strategies.You will design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring seamless system integration, driving user adoption through strong change management, and representing the company as a thought leader at industry events. Oversee critical aspects such as data migration, security, and compliance, embedding best practices to meet regulatory and operational excellence.Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing practice. What Skills You Need

7–10+ years’ experience scoping, selling, and implementing Microsoft CRM suite solutions. PMP or PRINCE2 certified. Strong knowledge of the technical architecture of the Microsoft CRM platform. Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in Project Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.Microsoft certifications are a plus. What's on Offer
