Dublin / Hybrid A growing technology company in Dublin is hiring a Product Manager to drive the evolution of customer-facing digital platforms used by enterprise clients globally. This is a hands‑on product role for someone who enjoys working closely with engineers, solving operational and user problems, and bringing structure to fast‑moving product environments.You’ll work across platform improvements, new feature delivery, UX enhancements, integrations, and long‑term product roadmap initiatives within a modern SaaS environment. Lead product initiatives from discovery through to launch and optimisation Partner closely with engineering, UX, and leadership teams to shape product direction Translate business and customer problems into clear product requirements and priorities Drive platform enhancements, workflow improvements, and feature delivery across multiple initiativesWork with data and user feedback to improve adoption, usability, and customer experience Opportunity to influence product processes and help scale a growing product function What You Bring

Experience working as a Product Manager within a SaaS or digital product environment Strong collaboration skills with engineering and technical teams Experience managing backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, or Agile delivery processes Comfortable working across both strategic discussions and day-to-day product executionStrong communication and stakeholder management skills Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics or customer insights to guide decisions
