Description
Job Description Finance Integration/Transformation role will work within the Dublin Finance team to assist in the integration of PJM Advisory/Enterprise to D365 over the coming months. Two thirds of the time will be spent on this integration and one third on business‑as‑usual accounting receivable support for the Irish business. It is a 6‑month full‑time contractual role.
Key Responsibilities
Data Conversion&Mapping : Lead detailed mapping and conversion of financial data to align with D365 structures, and validate data accuracy.
Data Quality&Preparation : Identify data gaps, perform hands‑on cleansing, and conduct quality checks for assigned segments.
Data Validation&Testing : Support data validation and testing, focusing on integrity, functionality, and UAT scenario definition.
Post‑Migration Support : Provide post‑migration support, verify data integrity, facilitate user adoption, and enable analytics.
Intercompany Setup : Design and configure intercompany transaction processes and reconciliation mechanisms within D365.
BAU Responsibilities
Assist in AR role reviewing the Daily Invoice Pipeline Report and ensure invoices are posted in alignment with billing deadlines and distributed appropriately, including submission onto client portals.
Manage billing mailboxes and respond to queries independently as part of the team.
Prepare month‑end reporting for assigned company in line with region/group deadlines; assist with other month‑ and year‑end reporting.
Prepare weekly/monthly cash‑flow forecast to represent future cashflows and balances accurately.
Assist with external audit, VAT/Tax, and related returns as required.
Manage European re‑charges and free‑text invoice requests.
Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Focus on continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process efficiencies and simplification.
Perform additional ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in accounting.
Confident individual with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
Holds open and regular communication regarding status and delays so these can be mitigated as a team.
Strong Excel and MS Office applications experience.
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
