Emerald Nursing is recruiting experienced theatre nurses in Cork. Our theatre work runs almost exclusively into Ireland’s flagship private acute hospitals – orthopaedic lists, cardiac theatres, day‑case surgical lists, ENT, ophthalmic, and general theatre work.

Essential Requirements

Active NMBI registration.

Minimum 6 months recent theatre nursing experience within the Irish healthcare system – scrub, circulate or recovery.

Post‑graduate theatre / perioperative qualification preferred (or substantial equivalent experience).

BLS as minimum; ALS strongly preferred (and supported for renewal).

Strong clinical references from theatre managers or senior theatre staff.

Up‑to‑date mandatory training.

Garda vetting and occupational health clearance– we arrange both.

Eligibility to work in Ireland.
