Business Development Representative Benelux Market (English-speaking) Location:

Fully remote in Ireland or hybrid in our Dublin office

As a Business Development Representative, you will seek out and engage "good fit" companies through strategic prospecting, leveraging HubSpot’s existing leads and generating new interest via calls, emails and social media messaging. You will assess prospects, communicate HubSpot’s value, and generate interest for deeper conversations with Account Executives.

Responsibilities

Conduct high‑volume prospecting for qualified leads (new users and potential customers)

Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and implement prospecting strategies and plans

Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting monthly goals

Understand customers’ needs and challenges using sales methodologies, e.g., BANT

Carry out market research to broaden HubSpot’s customer base

Requirements

Previous experience in an outbound‑focused role, involving cold outreach, pipeline generation, and performance‑metric‑driven work

Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

Strong desire and commitment to tech sales

Sharp focus on goals and a proactive approach to achieving them

Strong objection‑handling skills and willingness to learn through coaching

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry

Fluency in spoken and written English (English is required)
