Description
Who We Are Verve has created a more efficient and privacy-focused way to buy and monetize advertising. Verve is an ecosystem of demand and supply technologies fusing data, media, and technology together to deliver results and growth to both advertisers and publishers– no matter the screen or location, no matter who, what, or where a customer is. With 30 offices across the globe and an eye on servicing forward‑thinking advertising customers, Verve’s solutions are trusted by more than 90 of the United States’ top 100 advertisers, 4,000 publishers globally, and the world’s top demand‑side platforms.
Job Description Who You Are We’re looking for a Senior NetSuite Solution Architect to own the technical design, build, and evolution of our NetSuite environment across all Verve entities. You’ll be the go‑to expert on the platform — designing scalable solutions, developing customizations, and supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses onto our NetSuite instance. This is a hands‑on role with significant influence over how finance technology shapes the group’s future state.
What Will You Do
Architect and develop scalable NetSuite solutions that support multi‑entity, multi‑currency, and multi‑subsidiary operations.
Lead technical design for new NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and integrations across acquired entities.
Build and maintain customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk.
Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other platforms (e.g., CRM, HRIS, banking, expense, AP automation, BI tools) via REST, SOAP, and middleware.
Partner with Finance, FP&A, Product and IT to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Own the NetSuite environment strategy— release management, sandbox usage, governance, and documentation.
Support M&A integration workstreams: subsidiary setup, chart of accounts alignment, data migration, and process harmonization.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity across the platform.
Mentor and upskill finance users and junior team members on NetSuite capabilities and best practice.
Job Requirements What Will You Bring
8–10 years of hands‑on NetSuite experience, including architecture and development in complex multi‑entity environments.
Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, workflows, saved searches, and custom records.
Proven experience integrating NetSuite with third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and iPaaS tools (Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or similar).
Solid understanding of core finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, intercompany, consolidation, and month‑end close.
Experience supporting M&A integrations, carve‑outs, or multi‑entity consolidations is highly desirable.
NetSuite certifications (SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant) are a strong plus.
Comfortable working in an Agile environment and driving iterative improvement.
Excellent communication skills— able to translate technical concepts for finance and business stakeholders.
Experience with Jira or other ticketing tools.
Legal right to work in Ireland; no visa sponsorship available for this role.
