Construction Estimator– South Tipperary | Hybrid (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite) | Permanent
What You Need to Know Matrix Recruitment is recruiting for a Construction Estimator on behalf of a leading international company based in South Tipperary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estimating, quantity surveying, or construction take-off experience to join a well-established global business within their growing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Review construction drawings and project information.
Measure drawings and complete quantity take-offs.
Prepare project costings and client quotes.
Work closely with design, procurement, and commercial teams.
Manage Excel spreadsheets and pricing documents.
Requirements
Experience in estimating, QS, technical construction, or similar.
Strong Excel and numerical skills.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience within timber frame, modular, offsite, or LGS construction is an advantage.
