Position Summary Keeper is hiring a bilingual, Italian speaking Channel Account Manager to join the Global Channel Sales team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland and be able to work on a hybrid schedule (commutable to Cork or fully remote). The role focuses on building pipeline and channel revenue with high‑performance partners in Italy and Spain.

Role Profile Report to the Director of Channel, EMEA. Main responsibilities include maintaining and expanding existing channel partnerships, sourcing new strategic channel relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Recruit and manage day‑to‑day relationships with channel partners, including value‑added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners (primarily in Italy and Spain).
Act as liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners.
Communicate with English and Italian speaking clients; Spanish speaking is a plus.
Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
Establish productive relationships with key sales and channel personnel in partner accounts.
Coordinate Keeper personnel (support, service, management) to meet partner performance objectives.
Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
Manage channel–direct conflict through effective communication between teams.
Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
Participate in partner planning to set performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
Identify partner GTM or services offerings and collaborate on joint revenue initiatives.
Build relationships with technology vendors for mutual greenfield opportunities.
Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce® and support direct sales team in closing channel‑generated leads.
Plan and execute channel marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation.
Travel to and from customer meetings locally, nationally, and potentially internationally; rent and/or operate vehicle as required.
Requirements
3+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience.
Bilingual, native Italian with fluent English (verbal and written). Spanish language capability is preferred but not required.
Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners.
Strong understanding of partner incentive programs and PRM tools.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated and goal‑oriented.
Desire for a career‑oriented, fun and professional environment.

Willingness to travel up to 50%.
