Your Role at a Glance

The key ways you'll bring value to the team Build, maintain and enhance systems&integrations connecting our GTM Tech Stack that directly influence the full sales funnel. Build and implement tools to increase sales rep productivity and effectiveness. Take ownership of inbound routing across partnerships and owned channels including maintaining and optimising lead assignment rules, enrichment, and proactively identifying inefficiencies in the inbound flow.Use self‑sourced data to analyse specific process performance and conduct root cause analysis to build solutions. Measure results against existing KPIs and instill a continuous improvement mentality in your work. Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to gather requirements and build solutions that will improve overall efficiency and productivity.Support revenue data hygiene, and process improvements to ensure data integrity and usability across systems. Goal to support the implementation and scaling of automated solutions. What Makes You a Great Fit

3+ years of experience in RevOps, MarOps, consultancy or similar roles Excellent technical fluency&analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex requirements between technical and non‑technical teams. Proven experience with Python (or node.js), SQL, HubSpot automations&developer suite. Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Pipedream, n8n, UIPath). Proven expertise configuring and administering HubSpot and other GTM-function technologies, including CPQ, CLM, sales enablement, engagement&orchestration, and customer‑success platforms. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to drive adoption, training, and change management initiatives. Robust problem‑solving capabilities and comfort navigating ambiguity - evidenced by a history of delivering successful outcomes in complex, fast‑paced environments.Passionate about FinTech/eCommerce.
