Temporary Receptionist, Dublin Pike

Type: Full-time | Temporary Contract (3 Weeks) Abrivia Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in the professional services sector to recruit a Receptionist for a short-term temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and professional administrator to join a welcoming and fast-paced office environment.The successful candidate will provide front‑of‑house support and ensure the smooth day-to‑day running of reception operations during a period of leave cover. Training and handover will be provided ahead of the assignment commencing. Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk and reception duties in a professional manner Greet visitors and handle incoming calls and enquiries Coordinate post and assist with daily Post Office runs Support general office administration tasks as required Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth office operationsRequirements

Previous reception or office administration experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and approachable manner Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Availability for handover on 3rd or 4th June 2026 Available to work from 5th June to 22nd June 2026 inclusiveExperience working in a busy office environment Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills€15 per hour Training and handover provided Immediate start Supportive team environment Monday to Friday working hours (08:30–17:00 with 16:45 finish for Post Office run) To Apply
