Key Responsibilities of the Role
Develop Scope of Works documents for subcontractors works packages
Compliance checking on Scope, Materials and subcontracts
Contractor Design Portion Strategy and managing the outputs of the CDP specialist designers
Off-site manufacture integration to the overall design and strategy
Develop Design Consultants Drawings to Final RIBA Stage 5 working drawings
Manage the BIM support to develop working drawings, builders works&MEP support systems
Resolve Scope Gaps and Technical queries with the design consultant through the RFI process
Support Design Change management
Review Equipment technical submittals for compliance with specification and code.
Manage the technical submissions for equipment, materials, and subcontractors’ drawings
Technical support to the commercial department and procurement department
Support planning department for schedule content and updating.
Attend and manage design meetings and liaise with project or client teams.
Manage Staff who reporting to their role.
Follow all company rules&policies.
All other duties associated with this role.
Key Criteria of the role
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the Construction industry.
Solid experience required coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Experience across all design&construction phases of construction.
Proven experience managing large teams.
Experience working on a BIM environment.
General knowledge of IEC Standards.
Strong interpersonal and Organisational skills
Pride in the quality and presentation of work
Excellent communication skills in English
