Role Description In this role, you will deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to a child within their home environment. You will be part of a nurse-led care team, providing clinical care with professionalism and empathy, working closely with family members and the clinical team to foster independence and safeguard the client’s well‑being.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, evidence-based nursing care and implement tailored care plans.
Safeguard the client’s comfort, safety, and independence.
Collaborate closely with family members and the clinical team.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring accurate clinical reporting.
Maintain professional and accurate clinical notes.
Skills and Experience
Registered with the NMBI or holder of an NMBI Decision Letter.
Qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Children’s Nurse (RCN).
Paediatric nursing experience is desirable.
Previous home care experience is an advantage, but full training and support are provided.
Working Hours, Salary, and Benefits
Full-time, night shifts available.
Market‑related salary.
20 days of paid annual leave per year.
Contract duration: 12 to 24 months.
Relocation package includes:
Flight assistance.
One month’s accommodation.
Provision of transport.
Visa/permit fees covered.
