Cyber Security Operations Manager, Dublin Pike

Carne is looking for a manager who will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the organization, including the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards. This role involves third party SOC, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the security of the organization's assets and information.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years minimum experience in a security operations engineering role.

Previous experience managing a team.

Previous experience developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and conducting security risk assessments.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security of the organization's assets and information.

Managing a team of security professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Conducting security risk assessments and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate identified risks.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy regulations.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure the security of the organization's assets and information.

Responding to security incidents and leading incident response efforts.

Staying up to date with the latest security trends and developments and implementing appropriate measures to ensure the security of the organization.
